About the Role
We are expanding our team and are looking for a PA/Admin Executive professional to join us. You will assist in coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth workflow across various business activities with a strong focus on professionalism, reliability, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with an assigned US client, assisting them with day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Manage and support various administrative and business-related activities as the client’s right hand.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation and records.
- Manage phone calls, appointments, and calendar schedules to ensure smooth communication and time management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively within a team, and under pressure.
- A positive, willing-to-learn attitude.
- School leavers or those currently pursuing a degree/diploma are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, trainee, or support role will be an added advantage.
